I'd say that's a good sign then!

That seems to be the same number as the parts page indicates in my post above.

Yes, Correct, but of course the part # on the part is the old one which is 56044777AA which I have seen on a few parts pages also for the 5.7.

I had orginally called around for the 56044777AA part and no one was having it and they were not telling me there was a NEW part # either Then I finally got a good parts guy and he set me straight!

Gotta love this forum. I'm getting the same issue...Plus my fog light cicuit is open for some reason and the trunk light doesnt come on (eventhough I replaced it).
But this is one down...love this forum
(i'd better check the fuses before I do anything though)

I can't find the part number online...google search yields this page and another irrelevant one...Does anyone know where I can find the part online?

I found an oil pressure switch but do not know if it is the right part
Oil Pressure Switch:

This switch is $9.xx compared to the $55 05149062AA; makes me doubt that it's the part but it looks like the pic from Big K.

Please advise.

Thanks in advance.

Best regards,

Curtis Fraser
