This TSB might apply to your problem #1 and #2.

This TSB might apply to problem #3

Flash: Headlights Fluctuation and/or Int. Lamps Fluctuation

SYMPTOM/CONDITION:
The vehicle operator may experience headlight fluctuation and/or interior lamp fluctuation.
This condition will occur after a cold start, while the vehicle is idling, under heavy electrical
load and a slight throttle tip-in. This condition could also be described as the headlights
and/or interior lamps changing intensity at a steady rate. DTC P0563 - Battery Voltage
High may also be stored in the PCM.

Another TSB for problem 5?

SUBJECT:
FLASH: Clicking Sound From Rear of Vehicle After Accelerating From A Stop

SYMPTOM/CONDITION:
The new PCM software corrects a customer complaint of a click sound, coming from the rear of the vehicle, immediately after accelerating the vehicle from a stop.
This sound may be verified by driving the vehicle and allowing the transmission to shift into 4th gear then allowing the vehicle to coastdown to a stop, without tipping into the accelerator pedal before the complete stop. The sound will be heard immediately after launching the vehicle and will seem to be coming from the rear of the vehicle.

Problem #7, right pull.

There is a TSB for the right pull

Right/Left Lead Revised Alignment Specifications
http://www.wkjeeps.com/misc/LX/TSB/TSB_0200407.pdf

The right pull could also be from your tires.
I originally had a right pull with the stock tires. The dealer fixed the right pull and everything was hunky-dory until I got 20" Toyo's. The right pull returned and no alignment has been able to eliminate it.

The steering gear was also an issue on the 2005. The rubber boot split in cold weather, leaking out the rack and pinion grease. Covered under warranty.

300c OEM HID Safety Hazzard Problem

Here is a video of the problem. I hope it works.

The fun part is at the 23seconds mark, specially in the middle of the night in a highway while in the rain or snow
