Unhappy 300c Will Not Shift Out Of Park Hepl!!!

My wife has a 300c and is stuck at work. The car starts fine but will not shift out of park. Please any and all help would be appreciated.

Here's the exact problem, but it's not a quick fix, DIY-wise. Might be time to call the tow truck and take it to the dealer.

Very good chance that could be the issue. I've heard of that happening a few times...
