Transmission Shudder at 30 mph!!!

2006 C...Every time I accelerate, a get a vibration at 30 mph..feels like it's coming from the rear..I have 31,500 miles, however my 3yr/36K mile warranty is up...What is going on? And how do i fix this out of warranty??

If the problem is part of the powertrain, check your warranty. You are probably still covered.

Balancers on my driveshaft have torn? Is this different from the torque converters that i've read about on here?
