Check ALL your fuses. I found out that the car won't start if you blow your headlight fuses.

my 05 5.7 did that 3 months ago,it was the battery.I can normally leave my car for weeks with no probs but this time I left it for 3 days and bam, nothing, jump started and checked charge rate(ok) got back to work and cell 6 was down.I didnt want to risk a non starter at 6am as winters coming so I changed the battery, false economy in topping up and re-charging,it'll only last a month or so before it lets you down again, check if any cells are low on fluid

The fuse box under the hood, the fuses should be 30amp (pink I believe). Look at a good fuse so you know how to tell between a good one and a bad one.

If your battery is original it's about time for a replacement.
