Car horn blows for no reason.

This has happened twice in the last 4 months. The first time, my car was parked at an airport parking lot and when I returned from my trip, the car horn ws blowing for no reason. The alarm was not activated or anything. Turned on the car and the horn kept on blowing then it finally stopped.

The second time this happened, I was driving on the highway going about 80mph and noticed the sound coming from the engine. As slowed the engine, the horn sounded louder then quiet downs when I would speed up to 80Mph. Needlessly to say, I kept driving at 80mph... When I exited the freeway, the horn was blowing really loud.

When I opened the hood, the horn would stop. As soon as I closed the hood, it will start up again. I finally removed the 20Amp fuse from slot 4 and now the horn does not blow at all.

Has anyone experienced anything like this? I have no Engine modifications excpet for an intake or after market electronics.

Please help.
