What do these trouble codes mean??

Can anyone tell me what these codes mean?

I had some ass*ole kick the side of my car and put a nice dent in it along with a lot of scratches. The airbag light came on shortly after he did this. I was driving down the street when he did this. I took the car to the dealership and these are the codes that came up. Can someone tell me what they mean, and would someone kicking the side of the car make the airbag light go on. I have side curtain airbags in my 300C.

b223d=OCM DTC Present

b1bbc=OCS Negative System Weight

Where did he kick your car? More importantly, did you kill him on the spot or at least maim him in any way?

Try pulling fuse 11 for 30 seconds, that's always a safe place to start.

I do have pictures. I would have loved to have beat the sh*t out of him, but he ran away.
Luckily there was a police officer on a detail and he helped me catch him. He is now being charged with a felony for the damage he did to my car.

So how do I fix this problem?

I always hear pull fuse 11. What does pulling fuse 11 do?
