Key Off seat auto moving back issues

Mine stopped working, I looking in the manual and followed the steps also I verified in the personal menu that it is in the ON setting.

did I miss something?

Yep, turn that function off, then set your seats, peddles etc. hit your 1 or 2 setting, remove the key from ignition and then hit your lock button on your remote then turn back on the ON function on your settings and should be off to the races. I forgot to mention that the key should be on ACC from the start and seat belt off.

My auto-glide feature doesn't work also. I tried the fix suggested above with no luck. I suspect a memory flash will be required per TSB.

If the seat is pretty far back already, it won't move. You can try saving memory with the seat moved up, then see if it works. If it doesn't move then, take it in.
