Hang in there guys and gals! The wait definitely sucks, but you'll be driving the coolest vehicle on the road.

Chrysler should bid on doing a 300C Presidential limousine.

Just a note... I drove down to my dealer this weekend as my car is due this week sometime and they had 2 or 3 C's sitting on the lot! Depending on the options you want, you can find them out there...... one even had a sunroof! I would have jumped at it, but it wasnt the silver I want so badly!

Hub South Chrysler in Milwaukee Wisconsin...... Chris Thode is my salesman... tell him Alan sent you... MSRP = no markups!

Yes, the sunroof apparently is still causing delay, DC was caught off guard with the demand for the roof and da Hemi. Mine arrived 8 weeks to the day but I did not order a roof.

Just spoke w/ a rep from DCX and apparently those of us that ordered units w/a roof will be in the BX status longer than normal. The factory that produces the roof had to make some changes to meet the demand for the 300 w/this option. I was also told that if your unit is in BX status for more than 4 weeks you could have you dealer call DCX (800 992 1997) and speak with an "expeditor" and that could possibly help in getting your unit out of that status quicker. Sounds crazy but worth the attempt.

According the guys on the brampton site, there never ran out of parts... of course, they have to watch what they say or they'll get the axe. So, I don't know if that is true.

Also, they get finished their scheduled two week summer down time. So, hopefully we will see more of the "B"s turn to "D"s.

I spoke to several dealers before I ordered and they all told me that customer orders have priority over all dealer orders (not pre-sold). From what I read on the board this appears to be a line of BS. Dealers are still getting deliveries yet all us saps just wait and wait. I've only been waiting 6 weeks (which seems like a lifetime) but will get to the point when I cancel the order if the order remains in BX status. When I ordered I was told 8 weeks for delivery (yea right).

Has anybody written to Chrysler asking them about the delays and how long we should all wait for our orders?

How about some of you dealer who read these threads. Can you shed any light on this for group?
Thanks
