Good luck to you cshflow. My build date has slipped 3 times since getting into D status. Someone in the scheduling department obviously doesn't know how to do their projections properly.

I ordered on 7/9, however, the dealer had about 84 cars on order and they looked through a book and found a fully loaded Cool Vanilla c and put my name on it. They had one on the lot with 200 miles that the manager was driving, but since i'm using the EP program, I had to order and wait. The fully loaded price that they gave me was $38,500

HALLELUJAH!!!!!! ordered 5/2 black "C" loaded minus cold weather & sat radio

D1 as of this morning.. DC800# says it's "going down the line" est. ship of 8/14

I think i soiled myself when she said it! hahaha now let's see 2 things

1. can i possibly get ANY work done today
2. how long will it take my dealer to find out and call me?!

I AM STOKED! Even though I probably won't see her until this time next month, at last, thank your deity of choice, it exists!

I got D1 today too! Since seeing your message and also seeing that my latest date was the same as your last estimate (8/16), I decided to call again today. However, the guy there told me that they kind of lose site of where they are from this point forward. He said that my original date of 8/16 is still listed, but that it could be going down the line today or even later than 8/16 if they thought they didn't have all the parts.

Boy, you'd think these folks could give a little better detail. At any rate, D1 is still better than D!

Bright Silver, Nav w/ SGII, Protection Group II, Sunroof, Sirius, UConnect, HID's.
Ordered 6/19, D status 7/6, D1 status 8/6.

Well, yesterday's "record setting" pace on the assembly line must have paid off because when I called today my car that was in E status 8/4 was now in trim and the guy gave my ship date as 8/6 (today)! In fact, he thought that it may have already shipped for some reason. Anyways, it sounds like the date I was given earlier of 8/14 for ship isn't valid. I HOPE that is when it arrives at my dealer. Things are looking up!

Congrats to everyone else that is currently seeing movement on their orders!

Hey, I called the 800# and found out that my 300 was ordered on 6/5, not 7/9... told that I have a build date today of 8/26 still in D.

Since we all know how reliable and consistent the Chrysler 800 number is when giving info, I decided to check again to confirm what a previous representative had told me earlier today. Sure enough, she said that it appears that it has been built but is pending quality inspection (I imagine that would put it in "I" status??)

She then proceeded to tell me that after it goes through quality control it is sent to the ship yard and that is scheduled to be 8/14. How can they build it in 3 days and then have it take an additional week to get it through qulaity control and to the shipping yard. Something doesn't seem right.
