My dealer service experience...

I went to the dealer for a 12,000 mile tire rotation. I decided to wait since I brought my car in early. After an hour, no car. Two hours later, my service rep came by and said they broke the lock so they have to drill it out. She told me that she will not charge me $19 for the tire rotation. I told them I'll use my free rental. I called them back in the afternoon and they said they can't get the car ready for me since they also messed up my stock rim and have to replace it. They have to order the rim. I went back the next day to pick up the car. They didn't have the new rim and put the old ones back and told me that they will call me back when the rim gets in. When I got to work, I check on the tires. My front rim was still where it was. I know because I scraped it. I called the dealer back and ask them if they rotated the 4 tires. My service rep told me that with all the problems with the car, they forgot to rotate the tires. This is a five star dealership in Pinole, California. What a joke.

Is that Pinhole or Pinhead, CA. What a bunch of boneheads, try not to be too hard, if they were as smart as you, they would have your job and be driving a C. If everyone had an IQ of 200 just think how hard it would be to get a good job.

I was hoping that they messed up the rim that I already scraped but they messed up a perfectly good rim. So far, I have been patient with the dealer. It's been a week and they have not called me back.
