Carpet coming out from trim

I bought a Cool Vanilla Touring. I love the car and would love it more if the carpet was not coming out from under the trim mostly on the passenger side. It also has a place near the console that looks as though it was cut short. It has been replaced twice and "reinstalled twice. It is now at the dealership to "see" if they can "figure out" what to do. I have placed 4 well documented complaints with Daimler Chrysler Customer Assistance (rolls eyes). They are NO and I mean NO help. I was actually told " I don't know what to tell you". I am told that there is a service bulletin in regards to this issue. It states that "two pins" should be installed to hold this carpet. THE DEALER was to drill and add screws and states the foot well is too deep for the carpet. He suggest installing household carpet padding. NOT!. I would like to exchange information with anyone having this problem. Suggestions of how to get Chryslers attention would be nice as well.
