John...after countless emails and calls that went unanswered...after you walked away with a big chunk of my money...for you try sell off more of your goods is wrong. Probably the wrong place for this but i'm gonna do it anyway cause your business practices really put me in a foul mood. After waiting 2 months for my exhaust I finally just gave up and had you ship it to an address right by you...simply asked for a refund of my original shipping cost to bc canada...you said the refund would be on my credit card the next day ever since then you have ignored every call...every email....you never even gave me a copy of my invoice....just left me in the dark man and it sucked.

Our taxes are currently being done (for the 2008 year). All of our paper invoices are in the hands of our tax preparer. Our paper invoices are where we keep all notes on orders, and since your order was a special case, we need that to do anything on this. Once we get those, sometime this week, this matter will be dealt with in the appropriate manner.
