Utah good eats, tour sites, and so forth

Hi everyone,

I am in this part of the forum right now because my dad is leaving tomorrow morning to head to Utah for 3 weeks. He is heading there to Manage a company called Kehe Food Distributors that he works for now in a suburb or Chicago, IL. As we have no idea of what is around there and what is good and what not, I need anyones help that lives in Utah, more specifically Salt Lake City, Utah to help me get some good places for my dad to stop at.
