Debating Which Exhaust

Just wondering if there is anyone with an CSRT in my neck of the woods with exhaust they are wqanting to show off . I am currently debating which way to go and have heard clips of the different exhausts but would like to hear in person.

Let me know if you can help a guy out. I am in Highland, CA (just east of San Bernardino) and can drive out to your neck of the woods.

Thanks

Love my Corsa....as most on here do . It was exactly what I wanted . Quiet at idle . Quiet/mild at cruise . Screams like a beast at wide open throttle . No interior drone/cabin noise . It was on some of the cars at an SRT track event I attended.....and I fell in love with the sound . Some have put on magnaflow and swapped it out for the corsa . Too loud.....some drone . Others love their choices....so it's very discretionary . If you have plans for hi-flow cats and/or headers....and you go too loud/aggresive with the cat-back initially.....you might not be too happy with the finished product . Hope that helps some . Go to meets/track if you can . It should provide a great soundboard . Enjoy your choice....whatever it is ...... -Mike.

I know I always sound like a broken record... but I strongly suggest that before you buy any system, you just remove the resonators and replace them with straight pipe. Sound is a very personal thing. Me, I think the resonator delete sounds at least as good as any of the other systems, if not better -- and it cost me a whopping $100.

In any case, if you decide you don't like it, you can then install the system of choice.

You're welcome to listen to my car, but sadly, I'm in the Bay Area.

Steve

I have heard many of them (especially the corsa) on Utube. I will try to find some links and post them. I know on some exhaust threads there are tons of links to utube.

I have yet to hear a bad exhaust on a 6.1, just different. How much louder then stock would you like to make it? Corsa is the most mellow of them all, the fit is good, has a nice set of tips. I don't care for the 6" round can they use in the back. The price is on the North end of the scale.
Magnflow is more aggressive, similar tips and shows a little less rear muffler then the Corsa. Easy to get deals on these.
I haven't heard any of the other cat-backs. I have built a couple customs with flowmasters, and sold and install quite a few resonator eliminator kits. Done a few where I added magnaflows in place of the resonators (adds 2 db). The problem is interior resonance is horrible, not becoming of a C.
