This is a 'Prop 65' warning label that you are talking about.. it is installed at the dealership prior to sale of the car (which is probably why it is not on straight)
It is the brain-child of many years of legal issues in the great state of CA with the end result being every consumer needs to be made aware if the place you are shopping or the product you are buying contains any substance that may be dangerous to you.. you may have noticed that your car came with gas and oil in it.. bingo.. the state feels you need to be made aware that these items may cause cancer or otherwise harm you!

very much like the "DO NOT REMOVE" mattress labels.. I can't believe I see 2 year old cars on the road with these stickers still on and also not on straight!

pull it off and send it to Sen. Diane Feinstein (sp?) ((D, CA)) as she helped us not injure ourselves in this very dangerous world that we live in..

OK..my time on the soapbox is over..

what a mess the sticker created. who ever thought of such a dumb thing. imagine lowering and then raising the window with the sticker attached in 113 degree weather.

I had another sticker in the same place

My sticker was for a quality assurance program. It peeled right off after I got it started.
