Phoenix Area Dealers

I just moved recently to Phoenix from Southern California. Clyde the 300C is going to need service soon. Any particular dealer recommended for service in the area? Or one(s) to avoid? The Avondale dealer is closest to my new home but they are not "5-star rated" as of yet according to chrysler.com. Any help would be appreciated.

Angry

Avoid Superstition Springs Chrysler. It took them 3 and a half hours to replace ONE tire.

Thank you very much for the replies. I was impatient and went to the Avondale dealer this past Monday for just an oil/filter change. The place was very clean and the staff nice. Only complaint is they washed my car that was already clean and left some water spots. Overall good experience.

Wow, Quite a few of us...

I got a tire change where I purchased (Airpark)
How I managed to get a nail in my SRT with a whopping 150 mi on the odometer is baffling, but anyway...
Took it in once, late afternoon on Thursday, It took them a good hour and a half just to figure out that there was a nail in the tire.
I'll give them not having a rear F1 in stock... Waited another hour and a half early Tuesday morning for them to change it, but I realized later that they put it on backwards. I took it back and got my car back in under 30 mins that time *?? So they /can/ do it faster!* Oh, and they gave me $40 worth of gas for my trouble. I'm neutral.
I'm keeping the overcharged parts bit in mind, but this car's coming back to uni with me in another month so I don't think it's really going to make a difference at this point...

Ha! Airpark too. The first time, there were three people on my car and I didn't have the water spot issue; the second, it was nasty looking; the third was after I washed it myself and made sure to tell them not touch it.

Making inquiries, I have been informed Service Advisor Rich Garrick at Airpark is knowledgeable and attentive and same with SA Walt ? at Moore. As important in my experience is the dealership's service director or manager. Maureen Working at Airpark is pretty good, but awfully busy. Luke Moore at Moore, at least on the phone, seems very interested in customer satisfaction.
