Another interesting drive would be to go up to Fillmore (wast of Santa Clarita on Hwy 126). They always have a big bash on the 4th. There's a large car show there on Sunday, and there will probably be 20K folks there. Fireworks are legal in Fillmore, too - go buy some and set them off while you're there!

David, we go to this every year for the car show in the morning, prior to our block party... maybe we'll see you and Jean there
