Powdercoater in LA area?

Anybody know a good place to get my wheels powdercoated? I'm getting really tired of keeping them clean and figure powdercoating them will be cheaper than buying new ones. Any idea of what that might cost?
Thanks,
Peter

Peter,
if you find one...
ask him how much to do the brakes in the same color as the block...
Thanks!

Guys - We've used a shop out in Chatsworth for some of our specialty work (entertainment / SFX)... I think they were called Andrews Powder Coating, on DeSoto, as I recall.

I saw auto stuff all over their place, albeit this was a few years ago.

Might want to give them a ring!!

fatchance (john)

has anyone told you are awesome today?
damn, dude you are hooked up!
I just got off the phone with Paul over at Shoreline Motoring...
unreal guy...
extremely knowledgable as well...
big time...
they really sound like they know what they are doing...
and he really downplayed doing the powdercoat as it bakes the seals and they need to be re-done then...
this shop works on Lambo's, Porsche's, and other high end stuff...

the cost is $850.00 to do all 4 brakes in "hemi" orange...
that cost covers "everything" too.

and they need 4 business days to do the car...

Does anyone know of someone in San Diego that does this???

Try http://www.specializedcoating.com in Huntington Beach. They did the wheels for my WRX a couple months ago before I moved to Phoenix. Excellent job. Ask for Jimmy or Kelly and tell them that Steve from Metalcrafters sent you.

These guys are good. Believe me when I tell you that I wait for an appointment to have work done. I totally trust them and their crew is top notch. They also did kidcoastal's 300c. I did see the Lambo on Monday, what a work of art that car is.
