Southern Cal meet idea. Wanna RACE?!?!? = )

Gauging interest: I have been talking with the director at Irwindale speedway about doing their new website in trade for having QM strip for one night. All of us SoCaler - 300 and magnum guys meet and SAFTELY race each other with time slips and all on their quarter mile strip!! I think that could be fun. We'll see if it pans out.
If it doesnt pan out, I will check to see if they or others have a open car night. We can all pay our $20. or whatever and do the same thing.
Ohh, and the viper guys can keep their butts at home that night!
Id love to see just how bad one of us 300C guys lose to the SRT-8 Supercharged cars.
chime in if you might like to do it one night in Sept/October.

I found my match up.
If we could do like a Sat or Sun would be great. Then we could get some BBQ's together and have a good time hanging out and for those who want to run, can do so.

Kid if you can swing this, I say let's go for early October. The Sept. heat will be over with and the temps should be perfect. We could do a Sat. 10:00am to 5:00pm with a BBQ, beach chair's and some EZ up tents. This would also give the members time to coordinate their schedules. Plus for the members in Nor Cal, Vegas and Az could make a weekend of it, and two300c's.

Good idea... I will try and put something together for mid Oct. That would actually work better for me too.
