1. Are these pilot cars assembled with more care than a regular production car?
2. Would these first cars have had the s**t beaten out of them more than one that went straight into private hands?

Thanks. Even though I don't own one of your fine vehicles I have driven a few and I am definitely hooked!!

RAMBIT told me it's a V2 pilot but if you guys say it's an S2, I'll go with your answer. (No offense RAMBIT)!

Then this might interest you: Norm Kraus, the man behind Grand Spaulding Dodge, has come up with Cudas of his own in a joint venture with an outside firm.

Are the tires on the Caliber SRT-4 run flat tires...the RSA EMT's?

Also...would you recommend putting something like 5w30 Mobile1 in the SRT-4?

The SRT4s that come with the leather seats have the heated seats but no seat airbags, the on and off switches for the heated seats are next to the TCS and hazard switches just above the shifter. The cars that dont have the heated seats these switches are missing and their location is covered with a black plastic cover(fake switch that doesnt depress), but if you do remove the center console we do see two wires that arent pluged into anything, are those wires for the heated seats even though the car isnt equipped with it?? So can I get the mopar heating pads and use those wires as connection??
You can see picks ofthe wires and connection in this link (sister forum caliberforums) post number 14
Adding Heated Seats... - Page 2 - Dodge Caliber Forums
a very similar example is cars that could have fog lights as an option, if you look at the ones that dont have the fogs they still have all the nesscary wires, so all you need is just the fog light and the switch.

Thank you
Sorry, while it is true that we sometimes give away the wires for some features these won't help you. The wires from the switch are only signal wires from the switch to a module that controls the heated seats. They won't power a stand alone heated seat and the connector in your link isn't even for the heated seat switch.

SRT-4 Crate Engine

Have you guys at SRT thought of arranging for the engine in the Caliber SRT-4 to be offered as a crate engine for hot rod projects?

As an AutoCrosser it is important to know this information to baseline and review performance changes. Could any of you please provide ballpark (average) suspension spring stats for both the R/T and SRT versions of the Magnum, Charger, and 300?

Thanks for any input you can provide me.
We are absolutely SHOCKED that Tony did not get back with you.

The R/T Charger uses 204 lb/in front and and 514 lb/in rear with Nivomat rear shock.
The R/T Challenger uses 224 front 514 rear with Nivomat rear shock, 547 rear without nivomat.
The 300C SRT8 uses 227f, 622r.
The Charger and Magnum SRT8 use 284f, 778r.
The Challenger SRT8 uses 261f, 669r.

SRT8s sit 1/2" lower than the 5.7L and 3.5L rwd cars. The cop car springs are 250f, 652 rear (with Nivomat), but sit even taller than base car due to how they are typically loaded down.
