No wings on my rear

Ok, now that I have your attention, I thought I'd share some pictures of the rear that I just did. For those of you that like this change I can tell you it was very easy. I found a couple of plastic plugs at OSHardware, painted then, filled a little of clear sealant/adheasive in the two holes, and its done. The only badge that says Chrysler on it, is on the front grille. I took the center out of the rear wing and glued it to the Precision chrome grille.
Cecil...........

Great idea...

I want to do the same but from what I see it's NOT done. I realize that you did it yourself but I'd rather have the wing than those two plugged holes staring at me. Just my two cents which isn't worth much.

Eventually I'm going to fill the holes and repaint the section. Just wanted to see what most of you thought. I guess I'm going to have to fill and paint sooner than I thought. My wife hasn't even noticed it yet. Maybe I'll wait till she does. That might take a long time. Cecil..........

No wings J.G. Keep people guessing as to what kind of car it is.

Another alternative, which is the way I went, is to body-match paint the wings. This way you get the best of both worlds.

I saw one modified so that all badging was removed from the car completely. It looked so different and it was at night that I actually had to keep looking at it for about 5-10 minutes on the freeway to be sure it was a 300. I liked the look actually, although it was a clean job and the paint was redone to make it look factory finish.
