Do any of the more creative writers among us want to take a stab at a Form Letter we can all use to get the message across? Let's see some examples and get input into the best message.

I am thinking something that would also include some basic info so we could be verified as real by DCX.

Name:
Last 6 of the VIN:
Build Date:
Mileage Issue was noticed:
If Dealer had been notified:
If applicable, Dealers response:

Description of the issue: (Needs creative input)
Description of the desired outcome: (Needs creative input)

So post up...

I would suggest a link to this forum for sure. Who knows, someone may actually take the time to check it out. I put it in mine.

Is this the dust problem or a performance problem?

Dust, but mostely the fact that the rotors are grooving badly, and need premature "turning" or replacement ... in fact, mine are warped as well ... not even 10,000 miles on the car yet ...

Also, don't forget to join other '300 series' owners who have already filed a complaint with this governmental organization.

Can you edit your post and include links to the threads that outline those complaints already filed?

I tried, but the site won't allow me to save the direct link. You'll just have to go through the steps to locate the complaint summaries. There are a total of 96 so far and cover additional problem areas as well...makes for some very interesting reading. Many people aren't even aware of this site and/or are rather apprehensive about even filing their complaint(s). From what I understand, these reports are conveyed to vehicle manufacturers via the federal government.
