The wait is over!! The car is at the dealership.

So my buddy just called me from the dealership at 7:30 am to tell me the good news. The Silver Steel 300SRT-8 is here, It came in last night. I need to go get it before anyone drools all over it.
My exhaust was supposed to be here today but UPS says "exception". A natural disater caused this delay? Well I guess I will have to drive the car with the stock exhaust for a couple of days. Life could be worse. Oh well I am outta here. Mike

It is worth the wait. I picked mine up last week and have been finding excuses to drive all weekend.

You'll survive just fine the first few days with the stock exhaust. I personally think the sound and performance is great but understand the need to improve.

Have fun this week. Owning this car is a life changing event, right up there with graduating, getting married and... well you know what I mean.

I am still drooling and grining over my ss. It has only been a week now.
I use any excuse to drive my baby. I even go as far as driving it to the mailbox......
