I may be stepping out of my area of influence into my area of concern but I thought that the splash guards were already available. Is an SRT-8 different than a 300 Touring as far as splash guards are concerned??

They certainly are out for the 300C... and Avon Custom Wheels can paint match them for you! Give a search for the salient threads on that... there are pics.

I was under the impression that the ones for the 300c would fit the SRT8, but only in the front...hence the question about special ones for the rear...?

That's why I said REAR Mud Flaps...

The Standard 300/300c Rear Mud Flaps DO NOT FIT the SRT8.

Anybody know when they will be available?

Or...Has ANYONE Modified the Rear 300C Mudflaps to Fit the SRT8?

Thanks;

LJB

If this is true, I might have been screwed. I have been traveling since I got my mud flaps from AVON, so I haven't even had a chance to go to the car and see how they are going to line up. If the rears don't fit, I will be an unhappy customer. That would suck badly. I was very clear about the fact that my car was a SRT-8, yet no mention was made to me that the rears would not fit the SRT-8. I guess I will need to go to the garage and unwrap the car cover and actually match these up tomorrow, since travel has slowed down the holidays. I don't drive my fun cars in the winter. Has anyone else run into this with their AVON order?

I don't see how the regular C ones can possibly fit the SRT8. We have that extra valance added to the bumper which lowers it. The C guards would have to be cut out for them to work.

A set of some kind of guards for the SRT8s would be great. Not mudguards though, something to keep the brake dust off the rockers.

Talking mudguards on srt-8

Have a set of OEM rear mopar moulded mudguards installed on my 07 300c SRT-8. Don't see what all the fuss is about. They installed in just a few minutes and do the job keeping the mud, etc off of the rear valence. I also went back to Chrysler and bought the front set. Taking the car to the body shop next week to have them color matched & re-installed.

I was going to say...the C and SRT8 look like they would use the same ones to me.
