Lots of SRT8's on the Ground

I was in Detroit yesterday on business and had a few minutes to stop at
a two Chrysler Dealerships. The first dealership had NINE SRT8's on the lot !
Eight black and one Silver.

The Second Dealership had THREE, 2 silver and 1 Black.

Neither Dealer had Silver Steel.

I noticed that all of the SRT's I saw had the box at the top of the window
sticker that read : Specially Built for John Doe....(various names)
Were these ordered cars that were canceled ? Or placed orders by
Dealers with false names..?

Lots of SRT8's

Just wanted to move this post up to the front after the long
discussion of another recent post about availability. It seems to me that a
dealer with NINE SRT8's on their lot will be more than willing to DEAL below
MSRP to get some off his lot. At $47K a piece times 9 = $425,000 about.
That's a lot of inventory $$$$ for NINE Cars..

Go to Detroit, according to the Chrysler inventory site, there are many
to be had there.

This is good advice for anyone in the market; if I learned ANYTHING from my year of selling cars (I'm back doing something I'm good at now ) it is that if I'm ever in the market for a new car or truck again I'm buying it on December 31st!

Very true. I finally got one at MSRP with a good trade-in value. Now I'm gonna post a pic on the main discussion.

Teahead

I probably saw your car parked in back with a sold sticker on it ?? Westborn
had 9 SRT8's when I was there on December 21st. The one in the back was
black, 7 of the 8 up front were black, the remaining one was silver.

Wow, $2500 under MSRP is very encouraging. I decided to wait until Spring
but if they are will to deal that much, especially with so many on the lot, I
may have to move my plans forward.

Who was your salesman ?

The 300C and SRT8 models are excluded from any ongoing Chrysler incentives that are currently running.

Unless I'm missing something here...
