Finally got my SRT-8

Yesterday, after searching high and low for a couple months in CA and AZ I finally was able to get one at MSRP and get a great value on my 330ci trade-in. Several things were in my favor: end of month, end of year, 4 300C SRT-8s on the lot, first sale of the day. Got it at Capistrano Chrysler. During my search I was offered an MSRT8 for $700 under invoice, which I thought was an amazing deal, but it wasn't what I wanted so I held out. I wanna thank everyone on this site for all the great info and advice. This is the best Christmas ever!

Anyway, the car is amazing! Unbelievable acceleration. The car is much bigger than I thought. Yeah, that's me making that crazy face in pic below. I look like a midget next to this beast.

So are there any other SRT-8 owners in the Monterey area?

Hey, you're almost as tall as me while squatting.
I suppose I do look kinda young (or maybe I am young). Just turned 26 and about to go over 7 years in the Navy.

What is an MSRT-8? How is it different than an SRT-8?

Also, I see the Chrysler ads offering money back for financing a car. Will the dealers offer this or take it back on their sale of an SRT-8?

Congrats on your gorgeous new ride!

Happy New Year!

Yeah, I was gonna ask about that. People here have requested that the dealers not install the front bracket. When I remove it are there going to be extra holes there that they had to make to install it?

By MSRT-8 I meant Magnum SRT-8. I was suprised by how much nicer the 300C SRT interior is compared to the MSRT8.
