KW Suspension and possible sway bar upgrade

Now that I broke down and ordered the KW suspension, is there any added benefit to upgrading the sway bars too? I've read quite a few posts on both of these upgrades (lots of good info) but can't find any that discusses them both together.

I can only speak generally as on my 04 Volvo S60R upgrading the front and rear sway bars and the suspension made a huge difference in the handling! However I believe the stock sway bars on the SRT8 are 25mm in the front and 20mm in the rear which is already a good size to begin with.

Is the KW suspension a coilover system or just springs like Eibach? How do you like your upgraded exhaust, too much drone? Can you feel the improvements once the CAI and exhaust were added?

The sway bars make a big difference. Even more so, with tighter, tuned coilovers. If it were me, I'd install them all at the same time, then tune the coilovers.

The KW suspension is a coilover system.

I love the exhaust. Not too loud (unless you romp on it) and I've had no problem with drone and I could definitely feel the difference with the new exhaust.

The CAI caused no noticable improvement. It just looks cool and gives you more of a growl when you get on it.

The KW V2s and Hotchkis sway bars are the ticket. Had mine installed several weeks ago and am loving them.

Plenty of info on Hotchkis on its website and around here.

Doing the sway bars is really a must as some of the informed/experienced folks on this site have posted. What's more, installing the bars at the same time you add the KWs requires very little additional time or effort.

SLS, the sways for 3SRT8 are the same ones for the 5.7L LX's. I have them on my 3SRT8. The part number is 22101. Those bars are also listed for the Magnum. As near as I can tell from the Hotchkis site, the Charger sway bars will be different from the 300C/Magnum - SRT8 sway bars. This might be the result of the fact that the Charger suspension is tuned differently (different specs.?) coming out of the factory.

If the SRT's come with (25mm F) and (20mm R), that is indeed a beefy set up.

Currently on the Market:

Hotchkis (32mm F) (19mm R)

Eibach (32mm F) (22mm R)
