Thanks for the mention CB!

Yes back on March 29th I ordered my car from a 5 Star Dealership-just not a real big 5 Star Dealership. Nonetheless, they’ve done right by me for over 20 years and I see no reason to jump ship now. They were the only dealership in my area that would allow me to test drive the SRT10. Without a blink the manager threw me the keys and said “see ya.”

As I’ve stated before, when the car arrives some day great. Until that day comes I’m very blessed to be able to drive a beautiful SRT10 and a beautiful 300C. I’m thrilled and elated for everyone who wants one of these remarkable cars and is able to get one. When I finally got to drive one at the very first SRT Experience in Daytona last May I knew DCX had hit another major homerun. So I don’t mind being a cheerleader as long as you don’t mess with my Pom Poms!!

Now I think I read a recent post from some one who ordered their car back in January??? Sorry, can't remember who it was.

In the mean time I live vicariously through this message board and its great members who love to share their experiences and impressions!

Thanks Herbs for your support! You’ve got two beauties to drive- one with a whole bunch of horses under the hood and the other with just one horse under the hood! The second one I know takes just a few $$$ in up keep- so it all works out in the end.
Best wishes for the New Year dude!

I just got told that my SRT8 is being built this week.
Not sure how long it will take to get to the West Coast,
but hopefully I will be buring up rubber before this month is out...

My SRT-8 was built on 8/3/05. It was delivered to the dealership on 8/24/05. There was no rail strike or any other abnormal delay at that time. So my guess is: 3 weeks from built to delivered.

Doesn't waiting SUCK?

I remember: Longest 5 months of my life!!!

In real "SRT8 time" that's like waiting just a week!

Glad to hear that your vehicle is on its way, congrats.
