Just got back from the dealer - bought car

I just got back from the dealer wher I just bought a 2006 CSRT-8.
Brilliant Black, I , II, DVD, Sunroof. We have a performace parts company and we will be working on a few items for the new Hemi. Maybe one of the aadmins will send me a sponsership quote for the site. I am pumped about this car.
BTW - I got what looks like a pretty good deal on this car, under MSRP, he has 8 more in stock and send if someone is interested send them in.

Welcome to the club, Mike! I look forward to seeing what mods you have in mind for the 6.1. I'm quite happy with it now but I am always interested in new ideas.

No Kicker system, I wanted one but I have read here that some guys are not impressed with it. I know I am not impressed with the regular system, but to be fair, I never did get a chance to adjust anything either. I am picking it up at noon today. They wanted to prep it and wax it this morning.

Congrats. on the new car. I picked mine up on Sat. w/sunfoor and kicker. They wanted MSRP plus $5000, I ended up paying MSRP and they gave me $2000 more for my SUV than any one else would. I'm trying to get a few mi. on it this week because I'm taking it on a 1600mi. trip this week end.

Mike,

Welcome aboard!

By the way, what part of the country are you from and who is the dealer that has 8 more in stock?

I also have the "base" SRT-8 stereo setup. All I did is move the fader so that the front/back balance is about 5 - 10% louder in the back. That made the stock system sound OK to me, and I'm picky about stereos. I think the bassier speakers are in back, or else the sound that reaches the front from there is mostly bass.
