Fuses?

Does anybody have a better description of fuses for the SRT8? While trying to solve a starting problem I came upon some questions about fuses. The descriptions in the Owners manual of the fuses are not very good. Specificly what are the 12 & 13 front panel cavities used for, and all the others that are filled with a relay, but not described in the simple owners manual?

All of the fuse cavities are covered in the owner's manual. I had a starting problem also, and had to go after fuses to find the "bypass" for the anti-theft that I was very confident had been engineered into the system--for serviceability, of course.

Curious, what problem did you have?
