Talked to SuperChips, they say 6 weeks

I just called SuperChips to get an ETA on the new computer they are saying 6 weeks from now. I was under the impression from a board vendor it was going to be much sooner than that. If they are saying 6 weeks now, I'd assume 8-9 would be more realistic.

I just called to find out when they would have it completed. They are saying they won't be done, the very first ones, for 6 weeks.

I haven't ordered one for this specific reason. I had a feeling they were farther behind than what was being said.

That was for the 5.7, not the 6.1 correct?

It's the same unit ( 3825 ) but it will not work on the 6.1 until the update.

I'm pretty sure he started this thread regarding the 6.1 software, not just the hardware that can be upgraded eventually.

Actually 6 weeks would be sooner than what I was given the impression of. I seem to recall May / June being mentioned. If they come out in 6 weeks, I'll be a happy camper.

I know hypertech was looking into do one. My dad knows the owner and discussed it with him. He was just worried there wasn't enough demand if he made one.
