Invoice seems to be a good price for the SRT8 these days. If it's your local dealer then go ahead, you won't save much by going elsewhere so it's not worth the trouble.

i had a dealer offer me invoice for it, $35k for my C, free maintenance for life, daily wheel cleanings and 4 details per year using Gary's products but i turned it down because they would not give me a CAI.
