Question about Parking Assist and mirrors on 300C SRT8

Does the passenger side mirror index down when u put the car in reverse to help you see the curb when parallel parking. I have this feature on my BMW and i love it.

Yes, but you have to enable this function via the personal settings feature in the EVIC.

Actually that's a good question. I know for a fact that the driver's side does, but I'm not sure about the passenger's.

Personally I think it's worthless since the CORRECT way to adjust your mirrors for blind spot removal is to angle them further outward which doesn't help you see the curb in reverse.

Yes, both of them tilt down.
And you're right about the proper angle.
Are you referring to the “HEMEEE” method of mirror adjustment? That was one of the first things I did from this forum so many months ago.

I'm not sure what her method was. All I know is that to balance the rear view mirror with the side view mirrors makes it impossible to see any curbs....Of course I just stick my head out the window to see 'em.
