Dude, before you get hammered for asking a question like this, why not go to a Dodge dealer and a Chrysler dealer and find out first hand.

You DO realize at least that one is a sedan and one is a wagon, right??

lowrolla, can you be more specific? Perhaps you should have stated are there any differences in options or something. The Chrysler is more of a luxury car and the Magnum is a family wagon.

The biggest difference is the dash.
The C has more bling. The pic on the right is the magnum dash.

The seats are the same. The console cup holder area is a little different.
The Hemi engine is the same. I believe suspension/brakes are the same, but not positive. The rims are different. Tires the same.

The seats are slightly different. The 300C has Chrysler Wing logo embossed on the front seat back and the Magnum has zip. The Magnum RT Hemi now comes with the same hidden cupholder as the 300C.

Magnum RT does not have:

Rain sensing wipers
Stainless Steel inside door entry guards
Map pocket on the rear of Drivers Seat
Electric tilt/telescoping steering wheel
Glove Box light
Automatic headlamps
Outside rear view mirrors that turn down when in reverse
Seat/Steering Wheel/Mirror memory

Not Available on Magnum:
HID Xenon headlamps with nozzle washers

The 300C gets a engine cover that has a Chrysler Wing and the Magnum RT has a cover with a Dodge Ram logo. That is the only difference in the Hemi motors.
