SRT8 + Turbo @ 4 psi Boost =

90 rw hp and 100 rw torque gains from 3000 - 5000 rpm. dyno sheets to follow. the mid range power is really impressive for such low boost. the turbo we are using doesnt really get into its compressor map til about 10 psi. so once we start turning up the wick the power gained per pound of boost should increase.

That was pretty much my exact thought as well.

I'd be more inclined to take 10...... pounds of boost!
I had the pleasure of riding in this "beast in the making" today...... Nice to hear the turbo whine and the blow-off valve in a 6.1!
I'm really looking forward to additional time in the passenger seat as this vehicle evolves...... but riding in the GCSRT8 Turbo...... all wheel drive, and boost off the line should make for a FUN ride! The next few weeks look to be a little less productive for me at work..... as I find ways to sneak out early to watch the progress of these 2 turbo LX's.

Someone in this forum is just a little bit too lucky it seems. We all drool for the hardships you’re facing in the weeks ahead. How can you stand it?

Bo: "what do you mean I've got to ride in the turbo charged GCSRT8?! Again? Ok, maybe just this one more time, but I really should get back to work."

Go for it and enjoy!!!

Bo you Son of a B***h!!!

How nice it must be!

~100 gain in RWHP and RWTQ in the mid range on only 4psi.

Simply amazing.....I'd be perfectly happy with those gains considering it means a very reliable engine.

I really wish you offered this as a DIY kit John.

A small turbo would do the trick for my 300C, as long as I could get someone to install it.

(Kind of reminds me of MR Norm when he put Paxton superchargers on the MOPAR map in the 60's and 70's)
