Wireless Headphones w/ VES?

I just purchased a '06 SRT-8 with the rear DVD entertainment system. Are they suppose to come with a pair of wireless headphones? I've read somewhere they were suppose to but I didn't get any headphones. All I got was the remote control. If not then I'll probably buy a pair if it works. How would I plug it in? I don't see any headphone jacks. Thanks

Go back to your dealer and have them order you a set of 2, they are included with the rear DVD but are often "missing" in new vehicles.

Agreed... they should come with two headsets... and they are very good IMO. We had ordered the rear VES and they did come with the vehicle when we picked up our Heritage Edition.

What everyone else said!

I would go back and let the sales manager know.

At the time of delivery the salesman is supose to go over the entire vehicle and options, it is part of the salesmans job to "follow through". When you get the Chrysler survey in the mail.....have at it .

Might be worth a look in the "spare tire" cavity in the trunk, hope that the prep dept put 'em in there.

But MOST of all ENJOY your new ride.

See, all it takes is one set to "walk away" from a new car, and that starts a daisy chain. Most times, someone like you will complain, they wont order them, but snag them froma the nearest car. Then, when that car sells, that person says something, so they grab them from the next car in line

I bought a 4X4 Ranger one time, asked the guy if the jack was the right one, snce it was a different color (black) than the other ones I'd seen in another 4X4 on the lot (blue). He assured me it was correct, and when I questioned him, he ran off for a minute or two, then returned, claiming he had checked with service, and yes, black was right.

A few days later, being the belt and suspenders guy I am, I decide to try jacking the truck, Id never owned one before and figured it would be better to learn when I had time and light and another vehicle handy.

Shocker, the damn jack wouldnt lift the wheels off the ground, off I went, to the dealership, where the apologetic sales manager dispatched a slaesguy to get me the right jack. I watched as he went to the nearest 4X4 and grabbed the blue jack and tossed my black one in the back.

Some poor bastard was going to end up on the side of the road with a bad jack, but not me

Mine were missing and I had to go back to the dealer to pick them up. They'll come in a cardboard box that is about 2/3 the size of a phonebook.

Heh its ok. I said plug in cuz a lot of wireless stuff have adapters you have to plug in to recieve the signal. I know the Logitech wireless iPod headphones is that way. But anyways I'm glad to hear that the headphones should come with the car that way I don't have to spend any money! Time to call the dealer and start complaining

Bold emphasis added... Oh yeah? Wait until the mod-bug hits you... yeah... you'll be spending money, just not on headphones! LOL
