Exhaust Modification

Some one posted on here a couple of weeks back an exhaust upgrade where they just removed the rear mufflers on the SRT and installed straight pipe.. I tried to search for it with no luck.. I wanted to see if anyone has done that and if they thought they loss any torque from the loss in back pressure.. I am considering doing this and would be very interested in anyone’s input..

This is what I did to mine. It sounds GREAT! Not too loud, and really muscular.

Idid this to my magnum.. had a custom muffler shop do it with 4 inch tips $180.00- This was a waste of money.. only left it on for 2 days and paid 40.00 to have the stock pipes put back...VIBRATION___ LOUD DRONE INSIDE ___ NOT A GOOD SOUND AT ALL>>>>
