well went by the dealership today...
I'm starting to feel like one of the Vixen's submissions...
and the car was not touched since Tuesday...
I went ballastic...
I didn't even bother talking to the body shop manager...
as I wanted to put his head on a spear and plant it out front of the dealership...
so I went to see the customer service manager...
she was out...
asked for the GM who is in the "know" on this thing...
he's in a meeting...
they give me the General Sales Manager...
who I did not really want to talk too and get another person in the fray...
I met with him and voiced my displeasure...
my voice was reaised several times...
but I never yelled or swore...
man I wanted to today...
the GSM assured me that I would here from him later no matter what...
as I have not heard anything since Tuesday...
the Body shop manager called me!
WHAT!
no way!
and he tells me that they tried to take the windshield out of the 300C limited and it broke...
tell me this after it happened and tell me it is going to be several more days and I am a little more understanding...
not happy but understanding...
don't call or inform me of what is going on and well...
I don't care who you are...
you are not going to be happy...

that being said...
per hemeee, my spot will be available for the Sept. 8th willow springs driving event...
as I am NOT committing to ANY event or any money until I get my car...
as the deadline is July 1st to have your money in for an event 2 months out...
I have not driven my car in 54 days...
enjoy!
as I am not enjoying anything to do with Mopar or more specifically Chrysler products right now...

Now this is getting serious. Their inability to fix your beautiful Vixen is now cutting in on your social time with your fellow LX brothers and sisters! That is unconscionable. I don’t know what to say other than I’m very sorry. I know how much those social times mean to you and to have to cancel it really blows.
Maybe if we all wrote a letter to this place demanding your car be repaired immediately it would get their attention. How many letters do you suppose we could get together and send. What would a business do if they had 500 or even 1000 letters show up yelling about your Vixen. I’d be happy to write a few myself. Don’t know if it would do any good, but I bet they’d freak.

For this amount of time, you could have rented a car, driven to Brampton, got a windshield off the line, driven back to San Diego and put it in the car yourself! SO SORRY TO HEAR THIS TRAGIC SAGA CONTINUES!

and srtdanno - I have not cancelled nor plan too...
I will be "termed out" by the hemeee herself for not getting my money in to an event that I can honestly say it is possible I might not make...

That's it. I'm calling Speckler and getting him to steal you one. I'm rubbing Emma for ya Chris and she's pissed too. I don't know what I'd be like if I was in your situation. One thing for sure, you won't be racking up high mileage this year. What a gloryous day it'll be when you finally get her back. Think of the first day you got it!

I have no idea what you are talking about...
as the "sandstorm" I was in was pretty severe...
poor Dan got caught in some of it as well...
but declined to take his car in until after Sept. 8th...
