Yes it would. But a 0.30 work over shouldn't cause strength issues. There isn't much more room there from what I have seen when pulling the Heads.

For those that have not seen the crate motors.
The EFI 392 Crate Motor (Pics from SEMA 06) 525 hp
As you can see it looks exactly the same as the 6.1 SRT motor, but bored to a 6.4 392 ci instead of the 6.1 370 ci.
The Carb 392 Crate Motor (Pics from SEMA 06) 540 hp
Put this bad boy in an 80's K car,lol.
