That's right, the maker of the 6.4L 392 ci crate motor was on the radio last week and he said that, under a deal, Chrysler sends him 6.1 blocks and his team turns them into 6.4 392's.

At 525 HP completely stock and running on pump gas the motor complete with fuel system runs for $14,000. He also said, "the 6.1 is bad enough, I don't know why they have to go the 6.4 but we do it for them."

4.055 bore and 3.79 stroke, block is the same as the 6.1L but with different heads.
