After reading EVERY post in numerous threads I have come to one conclusion. If you really intend on going after people that hurt your business in the last couple of days, please make sure that the top line in the lawsuit prominently displays your name.

John should think before he acts (this is part of the problem with the internet in general).... John needs to think clearly about what it is he's trying to accomplish. Like you said...he's made numerous choices.... but what is the point in continuing down a one way street? It a word, it's all ....
Barmpot
This is a wonderful word. Much as the sound suggests, a barmpot is a person who is clumsily idiotic. As with a lot of our less-than-complimentary words, it isn't really offensive - it's used more in goading fun than anything else.

I remember the NaviPlus situation like it happened yesterday and you (Northern Rider)beat me to the punch as I was going to write with reference to that same issue.We again have a supporting vendor who has demonstrated that he and his company our completely incapable of handling any customer complaints and become extremely defensive when reading complaints from forum members showing no interest in attempting to rectify a problem rather they dig themselves a much deeper hole showing to all the type of business person they are. Face it John, your a p**ck and and its unfortunate that anyone on these forums dealt with you at all since plenty of warning of your poor service was shared by many members when ekool introduced you nearly a year ago as a supporting vendor. By the tone of your posts, its quite apparent that you've finally realizied how much of an effect the internet can have on your business and yet you continue to make an a$$ of yourself for all to see.
