My Nothern VA dealer is selling the SRT8 at $1500 below invoice -

Is this what we are seeing now accross the board? Does anyone have '06 production numbers?

is that Employee Price? If that car has all options with MSRP of $47,895 the invoice per kbb.com is $44,762. Minus $1,500 is $43,762.00. Chrylser.com gives an EP discount of $4,400 which would make it $43,495.

Joe S got $6,441 off a reported MSRP of $46,765 in this thread:

employee pricing?

To add to that (as posted in another thread about this on the forum just recently), one dealership in Houston was selling fully loaded 300C SRTs (MSRP $47895) for $38500. A whopping $9395 savings which is way above the EP discount. This equates to roughly 19.6% below MSRP.

And just think, last year this time I was happy to get $1000 off MSRP.

This is certainly the time to buy a SRT8 if you’ve been sitting on the fence. The discounts we’ve read on this board have been nothing short of amazing. Especially when compared to a little over 6-9 months ago people were willing to pay above MSRP.

I'd bet you could have bought one of those for $38,000, titled it, drove to the next dealer, and gotten more than $38,000 for it. What gave with that deal?
