Personnally , I do not think they will as valuable as the older cars.. ever.
People take care of there cars alot more and more people garage and store than ever before.. I think the exteme low production cars , less than 200 will be valuable.. If any of the srts will be valuable , it will be the 05's
Take the hockey card collection in the 70's , we threw the gretz rookies around like they were toilet paper.. now they are rare as rare can be, only because our moms threw them out.. Now the hockey card companies like upper deck in the late 80's early 90's made cards when the card collecting boom started .. those cards are worthless IMO. Now they market the " signed jersey rookie card" the multi signature gretz/orr/howe cards etc.. Only those ... because they are so low in volume , 1 , 10 cards runs are valuable..
I cannot see any cars that have been mass produced be worth anything more than bluebook..
If anyone is interested , I have about a 100 Lindros rookie cards for sale..

Live for the present and enjoy your ride. My ride is very valuable to ME and that is the most important thing at this point and time. No one can predict the future…..so live for today and drive it like you stole it!
BTW welcome!

I finally have my software! Happy Diablo owner.
My Favorite "old car"... 73 Super Duty 455 Trans Am - 13.08 @109 mph when brand new! Just try and find one now!
Mercedes AMG only built 500 W210 E55's for each model years 1999 to 2002 for the US market. This car is much rarer than the W211 E55 built from 2003 to 2006 which they built thousands each year. My car has a hand built engine and all the mods were done at the AMG facility. Now the W211 AMG is built at the same place the regualr E-Class are built with only the engine built by AMG and sent to the main factory for installation. So my car is very rare and the values have tanked. You can buy a 2000 W210 E55's around $25k. I would be lucky to get $35k for my 2002 E55 as a trade-in. NE1 wanna buy it?

I agree!!! I live in Calgary which just recently hit the 1 million mark for people and i have only seen 3 other SRT8's and i'm assuming that there is around 10-15 in the entire city. And you are right Chrysler never really did hype up the SRT8 through any sort of media other than the internet so hardly anyone besides car buffs know what this thing can do. awesome i love it
Modern cars do not appreciate except a little bit for Ferrari Spyders and MAYBE the coupes during short periods until more or the next model becomes available. (Ferrari 360 and now F430). The SL65 did in the Chicago market in the summer.
