Just a win,not a kill

After too long behind a newer 760i going below speed limit on Pacific Coast Highway, finally got a short passing lane. Lots of curves, want to go brisk and can't. I went slowly to @ 60 to pass in the 1/2 mile I had before back to 1 lane. When I begin - He floors it! I was tired and not wanting to wait for the next chance to pass this bozo, so my right foot went ot the floor. I came out ahead, but just by a little (going through @ 110, with me pulling farther in front, he backed off and I got my time with a clear road ahead).

Glad to see what happened - the beast came appropriately alive and the very fine German engineering owner was left wondering what just happened to him. Can't qualify this as a kill, but, I looked up his base HP (438/440 ft lbs)- so it wasn't the pink Prius I beat and he was definitely trying.

Over 8000 miles and this car makes me smile every day. I don't post here much cuz of my schedule but really like seeing what's here every few days - great bunch of guys and a wealth of information. We have a winner of a car!
