I agree with GoofyTL. Since you have the SRT8 emblem on your fender. The SRT letters on the (Sweet shining) SRT wheels would set each other off. I painted the SRT letters bacause my calipers are red and I also put the SRT8 emblem on the fenders, just don't have a picture of it yet.

Thanks guys, but my thinking is I'm seeing too much of the SRT logo on some cars, imo. When you start seeing SRT here and SRT there, it gets too monotonous. I thought about doing that and then pulled back since there is plenty of SRT on the car. Rear deck, seats, EVIC, side of car (I installed). The wheels are just fine with a slight SRT logo gleaming in the right light.

As far as tangling with me (just yet), just what are you doing over there in Texas, Free? lol. I was down at AZ Power and Sound yesterday and was discussing with the gang about up-coming things. They are about to spank Hal's (HalV48) car up real tight. I'll be going in after that and we have a secret weapon, lol.

I'm in the process of buying my wife a car and told her I would not be messing with Sheeba until I get her new toy. Additionally, we are really working a lot again with our business and it's starting to take up a lot of our time...in a good way, though. So it's going to be hard to get my car in and get the mods done that I want for a little while now.

As far as any competition, Freebird is an absolute run-away with the trophy. There is no way anyone is going to beat the Freebird, imo. You have taken the 300 (all versions) to a whole new level, Mark.

I would love to see this competition go on. There are so many cool cars on this forum it is just SIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIICKKKKKKKKk (Thanks DUBSTER).

Edit - Meister, thank you for the ''shoe'' comment!

Second edit- remove personal info.

BTW - how do you get to the bottom and specify why you edit? Like Meister does?

Here is the SRT II wheels in case you missed when I posted them.

As for others feeling that to be crowned Baddest SRT, I agree.

It should not just be on looks alone. Many owner's choose a stealth look (all go no show) Other's (all show and no go) and the last (All show and all Go).

So it can be difficult to quantify just one baddest SRT. There are 12 months in the year. You can have the members vote in a different SRT each month. At the end of the year. The members then vote on the 12 SRT's chosen to crown that year's 1 Baddest SRT. Then start over on the next calendar year. No monthly winner's from the year before are eligible for the new year. Then the winner of the next year will go head to head with the winner from the previous year. The members will again be asked to vote for the 2 annual winners for the crown of Baddest SRT. And keep going that way. The annual winner will have bragging rights for the next year or until they are knocked off the Baddest SRT title block.

But to make it fair. There should also be 3 catagories for all levels of 300's.

Level 1: 300, 300 Touring, 300 Limited

Level 2: 300 C

Level 3: 300 C SRT

You could even have the annual winners of the Level 1,2 and 3 catagories all be put up for the vote, by the members, for Baddest 300 for the year.

Just my .02

Like JW007, I am willing to contact all the vendor's and see if small monthly prizes can be given and a larger annual prize for the annual winner.

I know most of the vendors now on a first name basis, lol.

As far as all the priliminary votes for FreebirdSRT. Thanks for the kind words and compliments. But Freebird is not a daily driver and a garage queen. I have enjoyed modding her but I did not mod her for trophies, awards, titles, etc. Just modded her how I felt it should have looked from the factory.

As for others feeling that looks alone does not qaulify. In the near future, FreebirdSRT will have something installed for amusement park fun type of go-fast ride.

All I will say about that is. 3 adults went for a ride in a Jeep GC SRT at high noon, in the middle of the Texas summer heat this week. 0-60 in 3.9 seconds.
I like Freebird's idea for the monthly vote and the annual winner. Perhaps the moderators could make a sticky especially for this with sub-forums for each month.

Also, I can't wait to see what Freebird is going to do based on the 0-60 time of the GC. When do we get to find out?

What are the next steps to create the monthly contest? Lets get this going? I nominate Freebird as the first months winner... DO I HEAR A SECOND?

I think for a car to be "bad," it has to have at LEAST bare minimum, supercharger, N20, turbo, or any combination thereof.

My vote (seriously, can ANYONE top this engine compartment?):

Amazing how good 20s look, don't it?

I second that motion-
Freebird!

It's not just the car; there are many show cars put together by body shops or audio shops to promote their work. That is more business than true obsession...
Now, Freebird, Moose, Freakyshiat, Dubster, and so many other members of this forum are true addicts.
Just the way I like it!

Well, teahead, you really hit this one on the spot. I've seen this car, but not up close like the photos you present. That is over the top bad a$$. I have not seen a SRT8 even come close to that car.

We have a winner...

Moose and Teahead (finally posting again after being gone too long)
are absolutely correct.

AJ Greeco's Silver and Blue 300SRT is the first and hottest 300 to come out of the 300 customizing world. This is not a Corporations show car. This is an individual's personal car. Our own Dave Zeckhausen personally made this car happen for AJ. Dave sent this car all over the country for various installs.

First SRT with Stop-Tech's

Was the test car for the first set of Kook's long tube headers. For all who have the Kooks headers (You can thank AJ and Dave) for getting them to us.

H&R and Motul custom set up for this car.

Custom wheels made exclusively for AJ's car for the Stop-Tech's.

The only one in the world with a custom one-off Hogan manifold.

The first GSM Supercharged SRT.

Then to Texas at CimTex rods to do most if not all if the install's, all the paint work and the first custom integrated rear deck lid spoiler that is all part of the trunk lid, custom fabed on the lid. (Seemless and flawless).

All of the engine dress pieces were custom hand made.

Do you think I know alot about this beautiful ride? I should, as 300SRT's go. This is the real KING. There is not another 300 on the planet that can touch him. I only hope that one day FreebirdSRT grows up to be as graceful and just plain Kick A** as AJ's masterpiece. It is the SRT that I have been patterning FreebirdSRT after. I still look at AJ's 300 at least once a week. I would look at it more, but I do not like walking around with a drool towel everywhere I go.

I spoke with AJ a few weeks ago, he is a great guy. Loves, loves, loves cars. Has a true passion about them. His Lingenfelter Impala SS was just as equally bad as his 300SRT. No ones Impala SS could touch it. In looks, power, etc. Just as he has created with this 300SRT masterpiece.

Hogan Manifold

You think they would had made jigs for that manifold. Could have more heat soak and quicker heat soat. Did they do any dyno numbers before and after the manifold?
Hogan stuff is very good, and very expensive. I was looking into one for my ProCharged LS2 402 stroker motor for my Z28. The composite manifolds are the weak link of the LS motors, even the FAST 90/90 can't flow enough air.
