It'll be fine. When I had my CTS-V, myself and others were putting 275's on the rear all day long (oringinally had 245's) and had no problems and the rim was 1/2" narrower than the SRT's. You'll be fine, does anyone make a 285 tire for our car? (Besides SUV tires)
