No problems with my SRT8, however my RAM SRT10 at about that mileage started to do that same thing. After I found a dealership that had a high speed tire balancer that would fit the 22’s they discovered I had a defective out of round tire.
Replaced the tire and no more vibration! Good luck.
I just reread your post....is the vibration only while braking? The vibration I described above only took place at high rates of speed....not braking.

I had the same thing and it was the front passenger wheel. So I took it to a shop to get it rebalanced and they told me they cant do it because the wheel itself was actually bent. By the way I am very carefull with parking so I never hit any curb. Their only explanation was that I drove over a deep pot hole. Went to the dealer they took the wheel off and spun it once they saw the bend they ordered me a new wheel on warranty.
Problem fixed.

In my experience, braking induced vibration is an indication of warped rotors, not out of balance wheels/tires. Maybe you should have them check the rotors as well. I hope you have good luck getting it fixed and back to normal.
