I apologize ahead of time to the administrators of this forum, I hope they understand I'm not trying to promote anyone that is not a supporting vendor, thanks ahead of time for your understanding.

I think the easiest thing is to go over to the LX forum and look for anything that has to do with the B&G flash, because that would give you ALOT of info as to what everyones' impressions have been. Overall they sound very positive, but mostly for those that have modifications such as the ported heads and exhaust. I've also read of some members that were stock and pleased with the flash as well.

If I'm not mistaken, Power Ported Performance, which is a supporting forum vendor here, has been selling these B&G flashes as well. I have PMed Jeremy from PPP a couple times and he is a great guy and extremely helpful.

For me personally, I'm going to try the GSM transmission modification first (I'm scheduled next week) and see the changes that occur with that. Then I'm going to go with the B&G flash sometime shortly after that. BTW, I may also follow your lead regarding the suspension changes. Good luck!

This modification thing is sooo addicting. I love the anticipation that I go through when my car is getting modded and then the initial rush of when it is done. I'm tentatively on GSM's books for the next (3) Saturdays, for (3) individual upgrades, and can't wait for that. I bet you must be going crazy without your car for that long! BTW, are you going to try the transmission mod next?

In the best Colin Chapman, "Mr. Add Lightness", tradition I did some quick calculations regarding your weight-loss regimen. In the SRT-8, each 100 lbs deleted is worth about 8 hp. If you make your goal of 200 lbs lost, it will be like a free 16 hp. Now you know why you never see plus-size jockeys.

Wow, never thought of that HR. I think you may have hit on a new and exciting motivating device to loose weight! That’s it, I’m going for the skin and bones look of a top fashion runway model….imagine all that extra free horsepower….no mods involved!!

I missed this one. Glad the car is back together. I can't wait for the alignment either so I can hear about the driving experiences. Thanks for becoming a valued customer Michael. I am looking forward to hookingyou up in the future with more performance mods as your goals for your awesome SRT-8 grow.

Sincerely,

Jeremy Steinman
