$5,000 over sticker!!!

Found a dealer to take my order but they want $5K over MSRP. I'll keep shopping around to find somebody to take just MSRP.

With the srt you already get the best combo of 20s and tires plus upgraded brakes, suspension and chassis. Real question is will dealer desires for a quick profit lead to buyer frustration and an inability to get the srt-8 at any reasonable cost anytime soon.
Several factors to consider: wait time on a SRT-8 (and thats if you can get ahold of one), price- my AWD which I am still waiting for (no Sirrus, U-Connect, adjustable pedals, smokers group or Cali Walnut trim) came to 38,300 in NY: for the SRT-8 atleast 6K more, color - I wanted the CV, insurance rates- I was told my premium per month would be approx. $42 a month more.
For me the 2 biggest factors in not going with the SRT8 is color and AWD availability

Mine in the system Jan. 5th

I had been inquiring about the car for 2 months with this dealership. They have a Lincoln dealership which I had bought my Navigator. My wife is a MD and the dealer and his wife are her patients. My navigator is a show car set-up and has won several 1st place trophies at NOPI and other events. I have the dealership listed on my description boards. They have used my car at a few of there promotion events. What does all this mean? It means that they made inquiries and put in my order at 7 am on January 5th. That was the day that the ordering opened. They are only allocated three for the year. I got mine at MSRP and the dealer will tint, auto-start/alarm, and add a cargo holder. Here is my build sheet:

Thats all the info. I have no Idea what the groups include other than Side impact bags filtration uconnect/Sirrus. Navigation.

This will be a showcar as well for its first year. Though I will retain all original parts to return it to its original glory. I was told by the dealer they "hope" for a Late Feb Build date.

Just ordered mine today. Dealer was allocated 6, I was #5. They are one of the largest Chrysler dealers in the country. I got it at MSRP, all options except for Option group 2. $41,620. Silver!

p.s. Also got it with all season tires.

placed today, I dont have it in front of me but it was 43500+ that included all upgrades ( this was basically 3 k over) they did say there would likely be a gas guzzler tax, hoping for under 6 months on delivery. 40k Threshold? This car is an absolute value, I was thinking MSRP would be north of 45k. This same level of performance out of Germany costs 85k and up, its not an E55 or an M5 but its pretty damn close and its home grown. Buck

Try O'Brian in Indy.

These people treat me like a KING! I get the first of 10 that they get this year.

Anyone hear about the 5,000 car limited run?

Why would you want to add 1,600 LBS. to a sports car? I'd buy a Jeep with a HEMI.

My VON is a 9 digit number. If they only build 5K cars I assume that you've got something odd going on with that VON.
